This company has replaced a heating boiler as well a hot water tank for me. Eric's communication was quick. They provided competitive pricing with quality work as well. Thank you for getting the house warn and hot water hot again..

Certainly recommend Eric at Mouradian. This morning, I found myself with no hot water, so I called them at 8:23 AM, and by 11 AM my problem was solved. That's what I call service on a day when we're so busy with kids, camps, and two jobs. It's not the first time I've used them to keep the house running; Eric, who I think owns the business, has helped me out before. He’s super reliable and knowledgeable. What really stands out to me is that when you call, they pick up right away – no waiting around. And today, Eric himself came over, not just someone new or less experienced. He even took the time to give me some advice on future projects, like installing air conditioning and what I might need for a home addition. It's so hard to find good, reliable contractors, but Eric makes it easy. Absolutely no hesitation in calling him again. If you’re looking for trustworthy plumbing and heating services, give them a call. I'm already on their calendar for September furnace service heading into the heating season. You don't appreciate the every day conveniences we have until you lose one.

Eric and his team of expert plumbers at Mouradian are truly outstanding. They came highly recommended by our general contractor whom we trust and Mouradian’s team did all the plumbing work for our full kitchen reconstruction. From day one, they were a pleasure to work with and most importantly they are highly skilled, knowledgeable and perform great quality work. Dave, who has decades of experience, together with younger plumbers Matt and Austin who appreciated the wisdom and expertise Dave imparted, did all the plumbing work in our kitchen and everything has been working beautifully. Dave was great at explaining everything to us, too, showing us where each pipe was going and how everything works (i.e. taking the time to explain how to shut off the water, what to do when we need to change the undersink filters, what to do when the leak detection sensor goes off, etc. so that we can be well-informed.) We have also needed to replace our old failing water heater that was past warranty, and they installed a new indirect hot water heater which has greatly increased the amount of hot water we have available to use. When our old 30 + year-old cast-iron boiler broke and started emitting carbon monoxide, Eric and his team were very responsive and quickly helped us replace it and installed a new high efficiency boiler which required complex venting and fresh air intake. Mike (another very experienced and knowledgeable plumber on Eric’s team), Andrew and Eric installed the new boiler and very neatly organized all of our zones and pipes during the process. Everything has been working very well for months now. Eric is very creative and knowledgeable and came up with excellent solutions for our old house that improved the energy efficiency of our home and our quality of life. Communication with Eric as well as his administrative staff, Daniel and Leah, is excellent and clear. Even after work hours for plumbing emergencies, Eric has been very responsive and helpful. Mouradian is also fair in pricing while providing outstanding service. We are very fortunate to have such an outstanding plumbing team and would recommend Mouradian Plumbing to family and friends. A superb plumber is worth their weight in gold!

After 18 months of a frustrating remodeling project, a good friend was on the verge of finally moving into their dream condo. On reactivating the furnace, a leak emerged in a complex manifold distribution system and my friend couldn’t find a plumber willing to take on the repair. On their behalf I called on my go-to guy Eric who immediately responded ( on a Sunday night!), sent someone the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered a new manifold and scheduled the repair right away. Eric is a hero and my friends will finally move in! This is not the first time I have been both impressed and grateful.

My gas fired steam furnace failed. Eric responded fast on a Sunday and brought his team and a new furnace the next day. They were efficient and clearly highly experienced, instructed me in how to maintain it. They also handled a plumbing problem while at it! Top notch work, good price.
